What does the subscription price include?
Your subscription covers provider consultations, medication, injection supplies, secure provider messaging, and access to our care team. There are no hidden fees.
Does insurance cover this?
AvataCore operates outside traditional insurance networks, which allows us to offer faster, more affordable access. Some HSA/FSA accounts may be applicable — we recommend checking with your plan administrator.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date at no charge. Quarterly and Annual subscribers can cancel and will retain access through the end of their paid period.
Are there refunds?
Due to the nature of compounded medications, we cannot accept returns. If your medication is lost or damaged in transit, we will resend at no charge. See our full refund policy in our Terms of Service.
What if I need to pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days through your patient portal. Your medication shipments and billing will resume when you reactivate.
Is there an enrollment or setup fee?
No enrollment or setup fees. Your first charge is only your selected plan price, and it includes everything from your first consultation through delivery.
