GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide represent a genuine breakthrough — producing average weight loss of 15–22% in published clinical trials — but most people who could benefit never get access.
AvataCore is a new telehealth platform launching in 2026 to bridge that gap. We are building a streamlined service connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers through our partner network, who can prescribe GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions will be filled by accredited compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to patients — no insurance required.
Our goal is straightforward: make evidence-based weight loss treatment accessible and affordable for every qualifying American adult, regardless of insurance status, income level, or location.
How Telehealth Works

Complete Intake

Provider Review
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner reviews your intake and determines eligibility, typically within 48 hours.
Prescription Issued
If appropriate, your provider issues a prescription and sends it directly to our partner pharmacy.
Medication Delivered
Your medication ships in temperature-controlled packaging and arrives at your door within 3–5 business days.
